RuneScape is without a doubt one of the most successful and enduring MMORPGs ever to be released. In fact, the game is celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2021. To celebrate, developer / publisher Jagex has teamed up with Dark Horse Books to release an art book called RuneScape: The First 20 Years – An Illustrated History. As the title suggests, this art book serves as a retrospective of a game that has evolved a lot over two decades. The book features interviews and commentary from developers as well as hundreds of behind-the-scenes images. Discover the cover below:

RuneScape: The First 20 Years will offer our players a unique glimpse into the history of the past two decades and a chance to explore the fantastic world of RuneScape from Gielinor like never before.

Both versions of RuneScape: The First 20 Years will be released on October 5, 2021.
