Souderton Art Jam celebrates 10 years with arts, crafts, food and music

SOUDERTON — The Souderton Art Jam celebrates its 10th anniversary on Saturday, September 24, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The event takes place at 459 Wile Ave., Souderton, between Souderton Community Park & ​​Pool.

Organized by Souderton Connects, Souderton Art Jam celebrates its 10th anniversary by bringing the community together with art, crafts, live music, food and more. This free, family-friendly, dog-friendly festival showcases the work of over 40 unique artisans located along the East Coast.

A juried art exhibition takes place during Souderton Art Jam, where exhibiting artists can submit a work to be judged by a panel of art industry professionals. Monetary prizes are awarded in categories such as fine art, fine art, and jewelry.

Live music located on Wile Avenue near the Souderton Pool entrance includes:
— Sarah Heine, 10 to 11 a.m.
—Jack O’Leary, 11:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
— Tuesday evening special, 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
— Wonton soups, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Artists include Autdemna Jewelers, Botanical Funk, Harry Boardman, Knit2Weave, Maddy Made Pottery, Ocher Nest Art Studio and many more. For a complete list of artists, click here.
